Payments & refunds

Encouver is the trade name of Marcos Ramirez, an independent software consultant in Mexico. Card payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. Card charges show on your statement as ENCOUVER.ES.

Consulting and development

Work is quoted and agreed in writing before it starts. It is billed by Stripe invoice or Stripe payment link, in MXN or USD, as agreed. Payment terms are on each invoice. Cancellations and refunds follow the written agreement for each project.

Tips for the lab

Tips at lab.encouver.es are voluntary and one-time, and the amount is your choice. Nothing is sold or delivered in exchange. The experiments stay free.

If you sent a card tip by mistake, write to me within 30 days and I will refund it in full. Crypto tips go directly to the wallet addresses shown on that page. If you sent one by mistake, write to me.
